37-year-old Jack has had a fruitful career to date, having made nearly 900 NBA appearances. This includes spells with the Portland Trail Blazers, Indiana Pacers, Toronto Raptors, New Orleans Hornets, Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, Brooklyn Nets, and New York Knicks.
Over his 14-year career, he holds averages of 10.8 points, 4.6 assists, and 2.9 rebounds. During the 2019-20 season, Jack signed with the Sioux Fall Skyforce of the NBA G League.
In 25 appearances for the Skyforce, the veteran point guard averaged 15.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 5 assists. This was in an average of 24.5 minutes per contest and on 51.7% shooting from the field.
24-year-old Donta Hall spent 4 years at the University of Alabama (2015-2019), before making the step up to the professional ranks. He then signed a deal with the Detroit Pistons’ G League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive for the 2019-20 season.
In 38 games with the Drive, Hall averaged 15.4 points, 10.5 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks. His performances earned him G League All-Rookie Team, Second Team All-NBA G League, and All-Defensive honors.
He was called up to the NBA with the Pistons in February 2020, where he featured in 4 games. In those contests, he posted averages of 1.5 points and 3.8 rebounds.
The power forward/center received another NBA opportunity in the 2019-20 NBA bubble in Orlando. As he featured in 6 games for the Brooklyn Nets in Disney World. In the bubble, he averaged 6.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1 block.
Both Jack and Hall will soon link up with the G League Ignite team in Walnut Creek, California. This is before heading to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando in early February for the 2020-21 G League bubble season.
